Responsibilities

Stagwell Marketing Cloud (SMC) is a suite of data-driven SaaS solutions built for the modern in-house marketer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the sales operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Sales Planning: Creating sales plans and forecasts to meet revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyzing and improving sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve automating certain tasks and streamlining workflows.
  • Sales Analytics: Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to the sales team.
  • Sales Technology: Evaluating, selecting, and implementing sales technologies, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, BI platforms, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Sales Forecasting: Developing accurate sales forecasts and working closely with finance and other departments to ensure alignment with budget and financial goals.
  • Sales Reporting: Creating and delivering regular reports to senior management on sales performance, including revenue, pipeline, and other relevant metrics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Managing the sales operations budget, making cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
  • Sales Team Management: Overseeing the sales operations team, which may include sales analysts, sales operations managers, and other professionals.
  • Market Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and potential challenges.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suites products
  • Database experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales experience a plus
  • BA or BS in Management Information Systems, Finance, Economics

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $132,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous PTO plan, 401k program, comprehensive family planning benefits (including paid parental leave), tuition reimbursement, and pre-tax commuter benefits. Benefits/perks may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Stagwell and the location where you work.
