Job Overview

Account Supervisor (Influencer Marketing) We are seeking an Account Supervisor (Influencer Marketing) who is endlessly curious, digitally savvy, culturally attuned and passionate about influencer marketing. This is a multi-client role, responsible for executing day-to-day influencer marketing programs, brand storytelling and cultural insights and analytics across industries. Ideal candidates understand the evolving influencer marketing and social media landscape fluently with a proven track record of developing, executing and measuring multi-platform earned, owned and paid social media programs. Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, contracts and negotiations, talent management, content reviews and routing, FTC compliance, monitoring measurement and more.
  • Foster positive relationships with influencers, partners and agents across consumer and lifestyle categories for a range of B2C and B2B clients, including developing and nurturing partnerships. 
  • Help clients understand and capitalize on opportunities to build awareness, strengthen loyalty, tap into culture and drive trial through strategic influencer partnerships and social media executions. 
  • Identify, evaluate, thoroughly vet and recommend potential partners using influencer search/management tools and manual methods. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, integrated teams to develop and implement creative communications tactics, including but not limited to organic and paid social media, influencer and earned media initiatives, that are designed to capture consumer attention and meet marketing objectives.
  • Develop creative ideas and innovative solutions to address client objectives based on cultural relevance and audience insights that can deliver highly effective and measurable outcomes. 
  • Deliver exceptional client service, including the ability to nurture relationships, present ideas and thoughtfully defend strategic recommendations.
  • Create and manage timelines, project budgets and invoices. 
  • Understand key client information and how it connects to influencer work, including business strategy, products and services, core audience segments and competitors.
  • Collaborate with account and project management on status and progress of projects, drawing upon other team members for assistance and advice as needed.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines 
  • The ability to think strategically and execute tactically 
  • Understanding of campaign metrics and reporting; able to understand what metrics will gauge success, how to work with the integrated team to optimize performance on client channels, and how to shift if needed mid-campaign based on results. 
  • Ability to persuade and sell ideas and recommendations to colleagues/clients 
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum five years of public relations, social/influencer marketing, advertising, journalism or other relevant experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience using influencer marketing and PR software such as Julius, Mavrck, Creator IQ, MuckRack, Cision, etc. 
  •  Active on social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, X etc.
  • Ability to travel as needed
