  • anage assigned accounts from order entry to invoicing.S
  • upervise a team of Account Specialists to ensure customer satisfaction.M
  • onitor the individual assigned team members workload to ensure balance and teamwork within group.M
  • anage the GI customer service SalesForce inbox to make sure all inquiries are claimed/processed.R
  • eview TEAMS inbound phone traffic is managed by team 80% of the time.E
  • nsure all of teams Customer complaints and associated credits, debits & returns are processed quickly.W
  • ork with Credit Department to resolve any invoicing questions associated with teams assigned accounts.W
  • ork with the Pricing Department/Sales to ensure pricing is correct based on inbound PO exceptions.P
  • rovide ongoing coaching and mentoring for assigned customer Account Specialists.A
  • ssist in handling customer complaints, including level 2 escalation of calls.T
  • rain or re-train team if appropriate to ensure operational discipline.E
  • scalate any performance issues as they are identified.A
  • ssist in the preparation of staff performance appraisals.W
  • ork to identify process improvement opportunities and discuss ideas with Supervisor.O
  • ther duties as assigned.
