KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with our clients' executives and management to drive financial objectives, deliver timely accounting data and reports, and support key financial goals.
• Oversee the month-end accounting close process, ensuring accurate and timely results in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Review and analyze client financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues that may impact the business, presenting data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
• Possess a deep understanding of effective internal controls and offer practical recommendations to enhance our clients' control systems.
• Serve as a trusted partner and valuable advisor to business leaders, providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure that project timelines and objectives are met while making value-added recommendations to enhance the business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in public accounting and industry, working with mid-size to large corporations.
• Profound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Expertise in general ledger accounting, month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience working with multiple large ERP systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's Degree.
• CPA, CMA, CGMA certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust across all levels of the organization.
• Organized and pragmatic, thriving in a results-oriented environment.
