In this role you will assist our clients with meaningful work in accounting, finance, controls, and systems to deliver on key initiatives. This work will capitalize on your experience delivering effective financial processes and controls while managing change events such as acquisitions and system implementations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with our clients executives and management to drive financial objectives, provide timely accounting data and reports, and drive key financial objectives.

Manage the month-end accounting close process and ensure accurate and timely results are delivered in accordance with GAAP.

Review and analyze client financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues that will impact the business and present those to leadership with data to support decision making.

Understand proper internal controls and make practical recommendations to improve our clients systems of controls.

Work closely with business leaders as a trusted partner and valued advisor providing excellent customer service.

Ensure project timelines and goals are met while providing value-added recommendations to improve the business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business area

10 years of professional experience in public accounting and industry serving mid-size to large corporations Deep knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Expertise in general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis Advanced MS Excel skills

Experience working in multiple large ERP systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Masters Degree CPA, CMA, CGMA Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build relationships and trust across all levels of the organization
