Shift Details

• Overnight, 12-hour shift
• 6 PM - 6:30 AM
• Rotating schedule working every other weekend
• Pay | $20.50 per hour

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, be able to move up to 50 pounds, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Steel-toe boots are also required.

Duties: As a Production Line Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the production line and ensure that employees are following safety practices, act as the liaison between Staffmark employees and the management team, communicate with the team about the specific placement of employees on the production time, assist with releasing employees for break times, and fill in as needed
