Job Title: Vice President of Finance
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Primary Skills:
- Strong leadership and strategic vision in finance and accounting within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.
- Mastery of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
- Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and operational metrics.
- Experience in coordinating with external auditors to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor, develop, and lead finance and accounting teams to foster a culture of high performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the finance and accounting departments to support organizational growth and scalability.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and operational metrics.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow and working capital and develop strategies to optimize financial resources.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the expansion of data center operations and achieve business objectives.
- Partner with other executive leaders to identify and drive growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and profitability improvements.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance.
