Staffing Connection Inc. is currently seeking a business-to-business collections representative for a client in the Bryn Mawr, PA area.

Position Overview :

As a Business-to-Business Collection Representative , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our company by managing collections from our business clients.

You will be responsible for contacting businesses with outstanding accounts receivable, negotiating payment terms, and resolving any issues that may arise during the collections process.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business collections, with a proven track record of success and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contacting businesses with outstanding accounts receivable to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Utilizing high-volume phone experience to efficiently manage a large number of collection calls per day.
• Investigating and resolving any billing discrepancies or disputes with clients.
• Documenting all collection activities and maintaining accurate records of client communications.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and accounting, to resolve issues and improve collections processes.
• Providing regular updates to management on collection activities and progress toward collection goals.
• Adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies regarding collections practices.

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business collections, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate payment terms and resolve disputes with clients.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle a large volume of collection calls per day.
• Proficiency with collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws governing collections practices is a plus.
