Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Assist registered nurses and physicians in performing various procedures and treatments.
• Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of employment.
• 1-5 years of experience
• Previous experience as an LPN or in a similar healthcare role.
• Knowledge of nursing care principles and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.
