THE POSITION
Staccato is seeking a Visual Designer to support our growing Creative team. Reporting to the Senior Producer of Brand and working on the Creative team, you will be an integral part of telling important stories and crafting engaging design. Working closely with the Senior Producer & CMO to create visual assets that define the Staccato family of brands.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and development of product launches and brand campaigns, including design, layout, and illustration. Development of creative guides, asset kits, and design of assets for all Staccato web properties. Create social media content, and dynamic brand creative.
• Work across a range of media, such as blogs, podcasts, social media, and event creative.
• Problem solve and find multiple design solutions, especially under narrow parameters and timelines.
• Conceptualize and execute web and print advertising campaigns, trade show graphics, logos, banners, and event booth design.
• Be able to think beyond current projects with an understanding of how design solutions made today can affect future applications.
• Successfully manage time, workflow, and schedule to meet strict and sometimes aggressive deadlines while still meeting Staccato Brand guidelines, voice, & aesthetic.
• Design templates, guides, and other material for partners and internal use, including internal presentation decks.
Educational Background/Work Experience
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years' experience in creative services for a high-growth company
• A proven ability to define and achieve departmental objectives, strategies and develop plans with achievable timelines
• A solutions-oriented mentality
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Expert in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint.
• Firm understanding of mobile-first UX, web standards and best ecomm practices
• Firm understanding of print techniques and materials
• Keen eye for detail
• A growth mindset: track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging new ideas and smart risk taking in self and others
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross functional partnerships to make effective decisions collaboratively
• Positive presence with ability to compel and inspire internal and external audiences.

• Self-motivated, results-focused, collaborative, respectful & solutions-oriented
• Experience in adhering to Brand Guidelines while fostering innovation
