GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

The Data Entry Clerk must be proficient with Microsoft products, especially excel work sheets. This position requires an individual who possesses good verbal and written communication skills including working with internal departments and management. The candidate must learn to use and navigate other databases the Company utilizes such as FieldEquip, Great Plains accounting system, and TMW logistics system.

LOCATION: Corporate Office, Houston, TX

WORK SCHEDULE: The Data Entry Clerk position is a full-time position.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stabilis Solutions retains the right to modify or change the duties or essential functions of the job at any time.

• Manages the delivery log and enters data, ensuring the accuracy of the LNG load information while working closely with the Logistics Coordinators and Accounting.
• Scans, prints, and researches transportation invoices and bills of lading, and related logistics documents. May use TMW and Dispatch computerized systems.
• Assists the finance and accounting team with data entry, scanning, printing and filing of invoices, accounts receivable/payable and other related documents.
• May assist the maintenance team with data entry and filing of equipment inventory logs, fleet titles and equipment maintenance records using FieldEquip and excel spreadsheets. 
• Performs administrative duties such as filing, scanning, printing and document management.
• Maintains safe and compliant work practices. 

Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or GED. 

· Logistics experience a plus.

· Two years data entry experience and general office experience.

· Outstanding attention to detail is required.

· Demonstrated ability in data entry using excel and other computer systems.

· Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office software, and the ability to make simple mathematical computations.

· Experience with MS Outlook email system and MS Teams.

· Ability to follow written and oral instructions and have good communication skills both written and verbal.

· Ability to be a self-starter and effectively use time management skills.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other internal departments and Stabilis employees.
