We see a bright future optimizing late-in-life assets to produce hydrocarbons for US energy needs, and YOU could be a part of our team, creating value for communities everywhere. We are seeking experienced Maintenance / I&E Foreman to lead our Maintenance and I&E techs in our Elk Basin, Wyoming field.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Drive a “safety first” culture, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
· Oversee maintenance and I&E activities – help establish priorities, ensure appropriate coverage and resources to complete assigned tasks, follow-up to ensure execution excellence.
· Develop team members – set goals, align company objectives with personal growth needs, hold regular 1-on-1 alignment conversations to receive and provide feedback, etc.
· Perform “hands on” work as part of the team, as appropriate.
· Lead continuous improvement efforts through various inspections and analysis such as failure analysis, root cause analysis, runtime (downtime) analysis, etc.
Qualifications/Experience
· Demonstrated progressive leadership in maintenance and/or I&E roles within oil & gas. Ideally, we would like someone with experience in both maintenance and I&E; however, expertise in one area with aptitude to learn the other is acceptable if coupled with strong leadership skills.
o Maintenance background , demonstrated proficiency of maintenance techniques, equipment, and systems commonly used in oil & gas facilities; reading technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals; developing and implementing scheduled maintenance plans for routine maintenance; etc.
o I&E background , demonstrated proficiency with the installation, calibration, integration, and maintenance of measurement instruments and automation systems; electrical troubleshooting; PLC programming, SCADA systems, and other automation technologies.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (reports, email, etc.), with the ability to interface effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
· Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve results.
· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices relevant to the oil and gas industry.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
