St. Paul’s is seeking an experienced and compassionate Administrator to oversee our John A. McColl’s Family Health Center (Skilled Nursing Facility) and St. Paul’s Manor (Independent Senior Living). We are looking for an Administrator to: Understand the operations of a SNF and RCFE, and have the ability to manage both! Maintains appropriate level of compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Responsible for successfully meeting and completing licensure surveys.Follows all COVID-19 requirements and makes infection control the highest priority.Ensures the upholding of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirement of Resident’s Rights. Can create, facilitate, and implement the highest degree of quality of life and care for all residents and employees alike, reinforcing our idea that St. Paul’s is the best place to work and stay! And the ability to do all of that with a level of compassion required to make our seniors feel loved and our staff appreciated. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Senior Care or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Two years as a SNF facility administrator and a minimum of five years total in long-term care. Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Skilled Nursing Administrator in the state of California and possess a current CPR card. Must also be certified as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator or able to obtain it within in 6 months of hire.
