St. Patrick Center is Hiring a Housing Inspector Near St. Louis, MO

The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring a Housing Inspector. As a member of the Housing program, the inspector will conduct inspections for housing program participants and ensure that current Housing Quality Standards are being met. Each inspection will consist of 13 key aspects of housing quality, performance requirements, and acceptability criteria. This position will work closely with the Shelter Plus Care and Project Protect teams, while offering support to other housing programs as needed. The Housing Inspector must remain professional and communicative while working with landlords and property managers. This position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
