The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring a case manager for our Shallow Subsidy program. We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills for the position of Shallow Subsidy Case Manager. The case manager will use best practices to assess the housing needs of veterans who are at risk of becoming or are currently unhoused, will utilize a wrap-around philosophy to assist veteran families in maintaining self-sufficiency and housing stability, will meet with the veteran families to develop a plan of care, and coordinate individualized services for housing and financial stability, among other duties. Moreover, the Shallow Subsidy Case Manager must have an interest in helping veterans reach their full potential. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
