- Coordinate with the banquet team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service management or banquet cooking is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Experience in catering or bartending is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices is beneficial
- Experience working in a dietary department or food production facility is a plus
