Night Auditor Summary: Night Auditors are responsible for balancing all hotel income and expenses for a 24-hour hotel operating period ensuring accurate accounting of hotel reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Balances and audits for accuracy room revenue
- Prepares all reports relevant to daily revenues
- Complete and transmits daily management and account reports and supporting documents
- Communicates with other hotel departments as necessary to resolve discrepancies
- Performs all guest service representative functions as required which include assisting in booking room reservations and answering hotel phone calls
Requirements:
- Interpersonal skills
- Computer aptitude
- Math and accounting skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of audit or accounting experience
