St. Louis Cardinals is Hiring an Executive Assistant - SVP, Business Operations Near St. Louis, MO

Summary of Responsibilities:

The St. Louis Cardinals are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the SVP, Business Operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting C-level executives, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with precision and professionalism.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Calendar management, including scheduling internal / external meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling calendar conflicts.
  • Handle all aspects of expense management, including processing reimbursements and tracking expenditures.
  • Manage overall department budget tracking / reconciliation in collaboration with Finance and other internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested.
  • Coordinate internal activities and meetings, ensuring timely communication and preparation of materials. -
  • Plan and organize events for clients and other external stakeholders, including booking venues, coordinating logistics, and managing guest lists.
  • Respond to select emails and inquiries on behalf of SVP, Business Operations, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Required:

  • 2-3 yrs experience supporting C-level executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High standards of professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, directly, and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • 3 yrs experience supporting C-level executives
  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High standards of professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, directly, and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
