St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for our well-established Community Based Care Program, the Family Integrity Program, which is a division of the St. Johns County Health and Human Services Department whose headquarters are located in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida.

The St. Johns County Family Integrity Program’s mission is to work in partnership with the State of Florida and the local community to develop, implement and manage a highly effective, strength-based community-based system of care for abused and neglected children and their families. The Family Integrity Program provides Dependency Case Management, Family Preservation, Outreach, Foster Care Licensing, Adoption and Independent Living Services for youth aging out of foster care.

The ideal Assistant Program Manager candidate must possess St. Johns County’s core values of compassion, innovation, and trustworthiness and must work well in a collaborative team environment. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Kinship and Licensing departments and providing support to the Program Manager.
