Troon is excited to announce the Internship Program for the summer of 2024!

Strategically aligned with Troon’s Mission Statement and Guiding Principles, this Internship Program combines hands-on learning, interactive discussions, and individual coaching to effectively educate and develop students into future Troon leaders.

These internships are designed to give students first-hand experience into the world of a golf club General Manager. Interns will rotate throughout various departments of the club, and interact with both the club GM and management team to help gain a more thorough picture of all that is involved with running a successful club facility. Candidates would have a heavy focus in instruction during the internship.

Successful candidates will have a passion for the club industry and are looking to experience a wide range of departments and activities. 

Internships will start in late spring/early summer and will last 3-6 months, depending on the intern and facility needs.
