Temp to Permanent Administrative Assistant

Description of Role:

1. Manages CCBHC office operations such as schedules, correspondence, ordering, processing invoices, organizing events/ meetings/ trainings
2. Creates Outlook distribution groups and sends correspondence to project staff and members of project committees/teams to keep them informed and reminded of meetings
3. Arranges refreshments, room scheduling and set-up for meetings and trainings associated with the initiative
4. Functions as receptionist for CCBHC program in renovated 4th floor space.
5. Sets up and enters data in Excel spreadsheets
6. Takes minutes of meetings, distributes minutes and agendas
7. Creates related reports, including Excel-based charts, as needed.
8. Handles confidential patient and program information with tact and discretion
9. Serves as liaison to the office of the Project Evaluator including entering data into the evaluation database.
10. Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills.

Comfortable with MS office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Fast learner

Professional demeanor, exhibiting tact and discretion

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good judgment, maturity, common sense, problem solving skills

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision

Knowledge of SSTAR programs and SSTAR staff desirable
