We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in the Liberty area. Day in the Life As an HR Manage:  you will play a crucial role in maintaining organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Your commitment to promoting collaboration and contributing to the growth of our reputation as a preferred source for skilled nursing/long-term care will be paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new employee orientation, ensuring a thorough understanding of policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook
  • Implement Human Resources activities within the facility, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with various departments within the facility.
  • Assist employees in completing required forms and documentation for FMLA and leaves of absence.
  • Communicate and support employees during the benefits enrollment process.
  • Manage Payroll Administration efficiently.

Requirements to join the team:

  • College education in business/human resources preferred. Must minimally be a high school graduate
  • Must have experience in human resources and payroll in long term care
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
