Summary Description:Responsible for all Facility billing, accounts receivable, and collection activities and supervision of billing and collections personnel. Responsible for achieving cash collection and AR goals for the Facility. Works with other department heads to ensure compliance with all financial regulatory and other requirements. Position may also manage accounts payable and payroll functions of the facility.
Position is a dual role - The HR Manager duties include resonsibility for managing the day-to-day human resources operations in the facility.The HR Manager is responsible for supporting HR policies and procedures and assuring compliance with those policies.The HR Manager is involved in: onboarding and orientation, benefits, leave requests, workers compensation, employee relations, performance management / progressive discipline process.Reporting to the Administrator.Responsible for performing facility Human Resources functions in accordance with policies and procedures and applicable federal, state and local laws, guidelines and regulations.
