SRS Real Estate Partners is Hiring a Chief Marketing Officer Near Dallas, TX

Description

JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Marketing Officer will work on the SRS executive team to grow the business through marketing, relationship building, and outreach. This role plays a vital role in the company’s growth with responsibilities ranging from creative influence to business strategy to support for the corporate and field teams. The CMO will guide the business’s overall marketing strategy and cultivate the SRS public image to gain market share and inspire customer confidence. The CMO will lead a team of marketing professionals to select the most lucrative marketing channels and curate company content to tell a compelling brand story, all while analyzing revenue sources and predicting how marketing will help SRS generate the highest possible return on investment. The CMO is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization's marketing, digital, advertising, communication, and public relations initiatives.

REPORTS TO SRS Board of Directors

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Initiatives

· Set marketing goals and objectives.

· Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy along with the VP of Marketing.

· Determine KPIs for the marketing department.

· Define and track KPIs while ensuring marketing programs are optimized to meet or exceed targeted benchmarks. Deliver recommendations to the business based on KPI results to continually improve performance.

· Formulate marketing budget standards and keep the budget on track.

· Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy.

· Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.

· Stay up to date with the latest technology.

· Stay up to date with the latest best practices.

· Review and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives which may include advertising, websites, social media and content marketing campaigns, internal and external communications, technology, public relations, events, and more.

Public Relations

· Maintain strong relationships with media organizations.

· Seek opportunities to speak as an industry expert on SRS’ behalf.

Team Management

· Lead a team of 6-8 direct marketing executives and an expansive group of nationwide marketing professionals.

· Teamwork – Able to work in a team atmosphere, support other departments and field teams as necessary, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand their needs and build a campaign and analytics roadmap that drives the business forward.

· Adaptability – Ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments, tasks and responsibilities, and with various types of people.

· Drive for Results – Can be counted on to exceed goals, bottom line oriented, pushes self and others for results.

· Dealing with Ambiguity - Can effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture, and can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.

· Problem Solving Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, looks beyond the obvious, and doesn’t stop at the first answers.

· Time Management – Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; concentrates efforts on the more important priorities; can attend to a broader range of activities.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate preferred

· 10 years of experience in marketing

· Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

· Ability to travel (approximately 30%) and work evening and weekend hours as part of responsibilities
