SRS Distribution, Inc is hiring an Accounts Payable Lead with a focus on our Heritage Team (Pool & Landscape). We grow steadily, and each new branch brings more invoices and volume our way. Objectives of this Role: Training of all new and existing employees on all processes performed by department Ensuring timely and accurate payments of all invoices Effective AP inbox management Provide support to the team and Supervisor Support payment reconciliations and review Provide transactional reviews and guidance to the Accounts Payable team Provide daily stats to the Supervisor for oversight of SLA requirements Assist/address with questions internally and externally Communicate with vendors as needed to resolve any issues that arise Oversight of vendor statement reconciliations Support Company- wide process changes as needed Suggest best practices to the team Provide backups for all aspects of Accounts Payable positions when needed Liaise with the outsourced Accounts Payable team, to assist and resolve any issues Skills and Qualifications: At least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payables or similar function Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required Demonstrate ability to identify process improvements Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills Must have strong work ethic be professional and reliable High attention-to-detail is a must Highly accountable Ability to work effectively with other teams and all levels of the organization Job Location: SRS Distribution - McKinney 7440 State Highway 121 McKinney, TX 75070-3104 Equal Opportunity Employer.
