Come work with one of the leading Amazon delivery service partners in North Carolina. We are looking for a personable administrative assistant / hiring coordinator to join our team.

This position is a full time position at 40 hours a week. This opportunity consists of primarily going through applications, conducting screening calls, and setting up in person interviews.

You will also be responsible for the entire onboarding process from start to finish.

Skills Needed :

• Attention to detail
• Confident in the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to go through resumes and conduct phone interviews daily
• Ability to onboard new hires in ADP (training provided)
• Ability to conduct E-verify (I-9's) (training provided)
• Ability to help with benefit coordinating / communication for employees
• Monday-Friday schedule (either 8 : 30A-5 : 00P or 9 : 00A-5 : 30P) with occasional weekends as needed
• Conduct new hire orientations
• Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed on time and in its entirety
• Ability to hand out uniforms to new hires
• Proficient in Google Docs and able to update spreadsheets as needed
• Computer skills a plus
