Position Details
- HR Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, provides guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of Human Resources departmentt to include filing, assitance with payrol, set up of all orientation classes, employee files, participate in the training/facilitation of classes, run reports and audit licenses monthly.
- Culture Champion... setting up the Culture committee, spearheading the committee and being the point of contact for onsite events. Assistance with Employee Relations, Workers Comp.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in Human Resources.
