Spray Foam Genie (independently owned and operated by Spray Foam Genie-Raleigh) is looking for an experienced problem-solver with a history of success building teams and is passionate about providing excellent service to our customers.

Spray Foam Genie is a family owned company, who over the past 16 years has served over 3500 homes, saving over 3.5 million dollars in energy across the country. In this role you would be helping to provide solutions for energy efficient homes, positively impacting the environment and people’s quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an operations strategy aligned with the company plan and customer needs.
• Devise and execute plans to acquire new clients and cultivate partnerships with residential and commercial customers.
• Develop and implement a performance management system to track key performance indicators and incentivize staff.
• Enforce company policies, including safety, production, quality, sales, and customer service.
• Manage all aspects of the business operations, including financial management, purchasing, scheduling, warehousing, quality assurance, sales support, and customer service.
• Work with Corporate Home Office to recruit, motivate and develop a best-in-class team.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas, strategies, and budget; monitor and approve expenses.
• Create quarterly progress reports to track financial projections, KPI monitoring, and milestone progress reports.
• Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills and build trust through all levels of the organization.
• Serve as the company's representative in the relevant market.

Job Requirements

• 6 years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience in home services
• Clear pre-hire background check
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Possess strong leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence.
• Maintain excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Display the highest level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
• Possess a valid driver's license (Required)
• Supervisory Role: 1 year (Required)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
