As a Field Technician Manager (Spray Foam), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction while fostering growth and success within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Leadership: Lead the team in executing spray foam insulation projects to meet job specifications, ensuring high-quality work and operational efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Champion and enforce jobsite safety protocols in accordance with all relevant regulations, promoting a culture of safety at all times.
  • Technical Proficiency: Maintain and operate insulation rig and equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure proper maintenance to uphold operational excellence.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Communicate professionally with customers, handle paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional image and cleanliness of job sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with confidence and executive presence.
  • Commitment to integrity, dependability, and urgency.
  • Physical fitness to navigate tight spaces and lift at least 50 pounds comfortably.
  • Comfort working in challenging construction environments, including hot conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to pass a pulmonary fit test.
  • Flexibility to perform additional duties as required, displaying adaptability and initiative.
