Spray Equipment & Service Center is looking for a dependable Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our work team. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers (via phone and/or in person) with sales of merchandise in a professional manner.
• Resolve/research any customer questions/complaints and ensure resolution in a timely fashion.
• Help ensure inventory is accurate and organized.
• Communicate with salesmen regarding customer parts orders.
• Keep work area clean and well organized.
• Proficient in the use of parts breakdowns.
• Serve as backup to shipping and receiving as needed.
• Ensure all sales to customers are logged on to Pick Tickets.
• Ensure all parts are pulled for Pick Ticket.
• Make sure all tickets are placed in proper file for processing.
• Other duties as assigned.
