Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments - Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations - Manage office supplies and inventory - Greet visitors and provide front desk support - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department - Assist with personal tasks for executives as needed - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Skills: - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks - Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
