Event Coordinator (Atlanta)

Sports Card Investor's store, CardsHQ, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to help us host exciting gatherings for our community of sports cards and trading card game enthusiasts.

About Us:

CardsHQ is more than just a store; we're a hub for sports card and trading card game lovers to connect, trade, compete, and have a blast!

What You'll Do:

• Plan and execute a variety of card-related events and tournaments, including trade nights, trading card game tournaments, new release events, birthday parties, youth sports team parties and more.
• Collaborate with our team to develop creative event ideas and promotions to engage our community and attract new customers and trading card enthusiasts.
• Coordinate event logistics, such as scheduling, prize support, promotional materials, and venue setup.
• Communicate with players, customers and guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their experience is top-notch.
• Manage event registration, check-in, attendee lists, and all other coordination for day of management.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for sports cards and trading card games and a genuine interest in creating enjoyable experiences for guests, customers, and players.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to routinely work evenings and weekends to accommodate event schedules.
• Previous event planning or coordination experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
