We’re seeking a full-time General Maintenance Technician. This position will perform general duties in both public and residential areas of our community. As part of our team, you’ll create meaningful moments for residents and others, using your abilities and smile to make each day special for them. Plumbing experience is helpful.

We have opportunities for evening shift. Applicant must be available weekends and holidays. Must pass Drug test, background check and fingerprint clearance. Applicant must be up to date on all vaccines and booster they are eligible for.
