An Bartender must provide every guest with the “Spinato’s Experience,” deliver quality food, and participate in a team environment. To do so, an Bartender candidate must meet certain requirements and perform many tasks.

TASKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Creating a guest-first environment
• Ringing in guest orders accurately and quickly
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins or straws
• Controlling inventory needed to supply all stations
• Communicating effectively with all other employees
• Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Slice/juice fruit
• Adhering to all Spinato’s specifications and recipes
• Adhering to all Spinato’s Policy and Procedures as dictated by your Employee Handbook
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Adhering to all proper food handling procedures set forth by the local Health Department
  • to all local laws regarding the service of alcohol
  • to all Spinato’s policies and procedures regarding alcohol

POSITION REQUIRES:

• Interacting politely and professionally with guests
• Interacting politely and professionally with staff members
• Maintaining restaurant organization
• Performing cleaning duties
• Lifting up to / over 50 pounds
• Environmental exposures to cold, heat and water
• Standing for up to 8 hours at one time
• Working shifts up to 12 hours
• Food Handler Certificate
• AZ Alcohol Certification
