A Payroll Administrator’s Accountabilities include:
• Create harmony within department by promoting and encouraging team work
• Residential e-time caseload of hours worked to budgeted hours and contracted hours by employee and medical differentials caseload
• E-time hotline calls retrieved and data entry into e-time
• Downloading punches to timecards
• Handle direct deposits for employees and ALINE cards-follows up with employees not signed up for direct deposit
• Employee assistance as needed with badge issues/follow up with HR or IT as needed
• Payroll representation for new employee orientations and Traditions sessions
• Main customer service representative for in office visits from employees to help answer questions/concerns
• Completes all end of week reports, such as, callout report, held-overs etc. as assigned
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Payroll Manager/Finance Management
• Bi-weekly distributions of payroll deductions and earnings reports
• Oversight of e-time query sign-offs and e-mails before payroll transmission
• Runs reports and does follow up for employees leave time balances (M&A and CBU)
• Departmental report configuration and review
• Oversight of employees with 2 pay rates
• Attends payroll trainings as assigned
• Calculates payroll checks as needed
• Attends 403B approval for payment meetings as assigned
• Completes short payroll summary after each pay is completed
• E-time import
