Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Development and Construction)

Location: Denver, CO

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement action plans essential for proper time, budget, and process management.
  • Support the preparation of standardized project-wide information reports to coordinate with project stakeholders regarding project deliverables and milestones.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring coordination and management of project tasks and deliverables.
  • Analyze data as required for project decision-making.
  • Conduct administrative duties, including developing and maintaining SPI-America File Structure, setting up meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing new site due diligence reports and estimates, letters of intent, and contract management.
  • Create presentations for project-related matters.
  • Compile Project Closeout documents and track vendor invoices, ensuring proper routing and compliance management.
  • Track and report project progress to stakeholders.
  • Collect, develop, and analyze data to set team objectives/targets.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets in a development and construction setting.
  • Excellent internal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize projects and keep track of many details.

Compensation:

  • $65,000 annually plus bonus
