We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our department. The ideal candidate will have completed their Associates or Bachelor's degree, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing calendars.
- Create, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management.
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support team by contributing to various projects and tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in organizing and planning company events, meetings, and workshops.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
