Accounts Payable Specialist (FT)

Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and issue accounts payable checks on a weekly basis
- Work on projects related to the same
Requirements:
- One to two years accounting experience
- Proficient with computers (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Must have excellent communication skills, caring attitude and be a team player
- Strong organizational skills are required
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Two-year associate degree in accounting is beneficial
Schedule:
- 72 hours per pay period
- Monday-Friday - 8a-3:40p
- Must be able to be flexible with schedule based on the departments needs
