Spectrum Generations, a non-profit business serving older and disabled adults in central Maine, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Management Team. This position, reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is responsible for the Human Resource operations of the Agency and a co-supervisor for the BHS's HR Generalist and a direct supervisor of two Administrative Assistants.
The ideal candidate will bring a high level of HR knowledge and experience to the team and have the ability to participate in cross functional and strategic planning teams. Candidate must be highly organized and dedicated to the completion of a task/project.
They should possess excellent judgement in decision making and a highly developed oral presentation and communication skills for the purpose of conveying complex information to a diverse audience including internal, external organizational partners, consumers and community members.
The optimal candidate is proficient in balancing space, time and resources within a business environment and able to self-prioritize goals.
Management in primary functional HR areas include organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee safety, agency recruitment, and workforce policy.
