Position summary: The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting the HR Manager in the administration and oversight of the Home’s benefit and personnel matters according to MVH policies and procedures, applicable laws, regulations and standards. The HR Specialist will also support positive outcomes in recruitment, retention and the professional growth of staff.

Education / Training / Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Administrative experience desired. Entry level knowledge of Human Resources preferred.
