We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Lead to join our Remote growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Learning Management System (LMS) for our clients.

- Lead and manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales to go-live and post-launch support
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage a team of implementation specialists and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders
- Oversee client training and ensure successful adoption of the product/service
- Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related field
- PMP certification preferred, or demonstrably strong project management experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with [Company Product/Service] or similar solutions a plus
