What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a product manager to join our team and drive the growth of Spectora’s home inspector platform. You will be the primary owner of our self-serve product-led growth motion, implementing strategies to improve acquisition, onboarding, product activation, subscription, expansion, and retention. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional results through building product experiences that significantly impact the core business.As the team’s first growth PM, you will help foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making and define best practices that enable the team to iterate and learn in increasingly tight feedback loops. You will excel in this role if you’re a growth-focused PM who can collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions to deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue growth, leveraging data analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Use analytics to monitor AARRR metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on strategies to optimize product performance and user experience.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitive landscape to adapt growth strategies, ensuring the product meets user needs and stands out in the market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including marketing, sales, engineering, and design, to implement growth initiatives aligned with overall product and company goals.
  • Establish a feedback loop with users to gather insights, prioritize product improvements, and enhance the overall user journey across all stages of the AARRR funnel.
  • Write persuasive and engaging copy to support growth strategies, enhance user experience, and convey the product's value proposition effectively.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of product management experience, growth-stage startup experience preferred
  • Worked on SaaS products across both web and mobile
  • Experience in a product-led sales GTM motion, including working across acquisition, onboarding, expansion, retention, pricing strategies, and user analytics
  • Experience standing up a Growth function in an organization
  • Creative problem-solver: you’re an out-of-the-box thinker and thrive when presented with a complex challenge.
  • Data-informed Storyteller: You're extremely analytical and can uncover the story from your findings. However, you’re confident enough to make decisions when the data is limited.
  • Self-starter: You have grit, you are resilient, and you have the confidence to chart your course without any hand-holding.
  • Calculated-Risk Taker: Instead of a "Ready, Fire, Aim" approach, you get that meaningful progress requires understanding the problem and trusting there's a good probability your solution will generate success. You don't take action just to act, but you also don't wait around for perfection
  • Comfortable conducting rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating the impact of initiatives

Pay & Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time

Base Salary: $130,000 - 160,000 per year
