We are on the search for an HR Generalist to join our HR team! If you are a skilled and energetic HR professional. You must have great interpersonal and organizational skills, a resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail. This position will focus on assisting employees on-site and remotely across our supported practices. This role will report to the HR manager and work along side the HR Coordinator.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle employment-related inquiries from employees, and managers; referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely transfer of employee data.
  • Coordinate offboarding and exit interview surveys.
  • Manage unemployment claims.
  • Prepare monthly compliance reports and other reports as needed.
  • Assist with policy and training program development as needed.
  • Assist HR Manager in professional employee relations activities, including but not limited to: employee consulting, performance improvement, conflict resolution, complaint investigation, policy interpretation and the preparation of related reports, action plans, and documentation.
  • Assist management team by drafting and reviewing corrective action and employee relations documentation, HR Manager oversight.
  • Assist HR team with coordination of Company events, employee newsletter, and on team projects.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate professionalism and being perceived as a trustworthy confidential business owner.
  • Be passionate about enhancing the employee experience, being a people advocate, and improving culture.
  • Ability to work in an agile manner and pivot quickly based on the business needs, objectives, and results.
  • Communicate information in a clear and concise manner orally and in writing in a style, tone, and manner appropriate for the audience.
  • Be resourceful and energized by new challenges and opportunities.
  • 3 Years of HR Generalist experience
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRMCP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in Employee Relations, progressive discipline, and terminations.

Position Pay Range
$60,000—$70,000 USD
