This is a hands-on position interacting with customers and suppliers, working in the warehouse and at a desk, in a fun, supportive, team environment.

Warehouse Customer Service and Accounting Assistant (Part-Time) Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

· Process accounts receivable/payable

· Respond to new customer inquiries

· Customer Service/Counter Sales in a small Retail Center

· Assist where needed in office duties such as Exception Billing, order researching, and filing of paperwork

· Process invoices in Quickbooks

· Order supplies

· Cash and Credit Card Handling

· Answering and directing phone calls

· Prepare for audits

· Process, sort, and distribute inbound and outbound paperwork

Warehouse Customer Service and Accounting Assistant (Part-Time) Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles

· Experience in QuickBooks

· Ability to be self-directed, work independently and prioritize

· High attention to detail

· Friendly and Customer-Oriented

· Willingness to participate in warehouse tasks

· Familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed

· High-level critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

· Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize

Schedule

Monday, Friday, and one additional day (flexible) during the week – no weekends! – with working hours 8am to 4pm OR 9am to 5pm
