We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Manager to join our team. As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire distribution process, from demand planning to warehouse management. Your role will involve optimizing operations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring efficient distribution center operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management. A flexible schedule to work Monday to Saturday, including most holidays and a blackout period in the Spring is a must. Travel may be necessary in this role.

Our ideal candite will be well versed in Human Resources, Employee Issues, Staffing, Hiring, Discipline, Performance Management, track labor hours, manage budgets, hold their teams accountable, be multifunctional, have Operations and Distribution Management, Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Logistics, Delivery, Routing, and Replenishment.

They will be responsible for coordinating the transportation, demand planning, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities to ensure efficient and timely distribution of products.

Responsibilities: (Include but not limited to the above and below)
- Develop and implement distribution strategies and plans to meet customer demands
- Oversee the demand planning and production planning processes
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervise a team of distribution staff, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices
- Experience in warehouse management and operations management
- Proficiency in demand planning and production planning techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams
