In addition, we deliver live, collaborative education led by the brightest clinical and business minds in dentistry through virtual seminars and events, as well as through hands on learning opportunities at our state-of-the-art campus in scenic North Scottsdale. Job DescriptionThis individual will lead the overall functional and strategic coordination of the Inside Sales team. The right person for this role is highly strategic and results-oriented with proven success in building and leading a team and executing sales processes. You are a leader that is both a mentor and a coach who will roll up their sleeves to achieve success with the team.Job Duties:Work directly with Revenue Operations team and necessary stakeholders to define operational metrics and reporting to effectively measure key metrics.Collaborate with Marketing, Campus Sales, and Customer Success to create sufficient qualified leads and track progress to ensure quarterly objectives are met.Ensure constant alignment between Sales and Marketing as it relates to client facing collateral and supporting current strategy/initiatives.Establish and cultivate the culture for high performance teams.Focus on daily execution with team through daily stand ups and weekly one on ones to quickly identify areas of opportunity, challenges, and enforceQualifications5 years of Sales leadership experienceProven experience working with CRM systems Experience analyzing call metrics and familiarity with call tracking softwareProven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skillsAdditional InformationWhat Spear OffersAs the leader in our industry, we rely on the creativity and expertise of our people to deliver the best for our clients.
