Overview
Spathe is currently searching for a Project (Operations) Manager, Senior to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area.
Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. As a small business with a tight knit family feel, Spathe empowers its employees to solve problems and make decisions.
Responsibilities
- Serves as Project Manager for a Task Order or a group of Task Orders.
- Provides technical leadership, stratefic and tactical planning, and oversight in the management and adminsitration of the Task Orders.
- Ensure technical performance of all task area products and services within cost and schedule for each Task Order.
- Has experience manageing and supervising the work efforts of subordinate personnel.
- Directs day to day operations and coordinates projects, planned work, and routine changes, assign tasks, and monitors progress fo all work-in-progress, interfaces with technical leads to priortize work.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- IAT II
- IAT III preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- IT Service Management 2 preferred
Clearance Required:
- TS/SCI

- Up to 10% travel during the year.
