• Coordinate technical and strategic assistance with projects developed for ARPA Local Fiscal Relief Funds and freed-up capacity general funds
• Monitor projects to ensure compliance with all federal, state, local laws, policies, and ordinances
• Work with stakeholders and contractors to identify issues and provide recommendations for solutions
• Monitor expenditures for multiple projects to ensure funding is used in compliance with established guidelines and that projects are implemented and completed in the most efficient manner to avoid overspending
• Lead and/or assist with public outreach efforts to develop community support and identify community need

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major/degree in business or public administration, accounting, or related field and three (3) years of experience in government accounting; or equivalent education and experience.

• Knowledge of standard office and computer equipment to successfully complete work; and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• General financial skill to prepare and administer project budgets or program finances
• Ability to prepare reports, documents and presentations
• Ability to interpret, monitor and report financial information
• Ability to gather data and analyze findings
• Ability to research best practices and solutions
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
