SPARKS MARKETING LLC is Hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator Near Ridgefield, CT

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role combines elements of administrative assistance, data management, and marketing operations support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for assisting in the creation of memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

1.Administrative

  • Provide administrative support to senior marketing executives
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate Ridgefield office, and client-facing events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

2.Budgeting and Financial Tracking

  • Budget management and cost tracking
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate expense reporting
  • Monitor expenses, reconcile invoices, and maintain budget spreadsheets

3.Lead Assignment Support

  • Consolidate leads from various sources into a single, organized spreadsheet or CRM system
  • Work with sales teams to ensure leads are assigned promptly and according to specific criteria
  • Create regular reports on lead assignment activities to provide insights into the effectiveness of lead management strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and Google Workspace (strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets required)
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Capable of managing competing demands while operating independently, but also knowing when to ask for help
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting where collaboration and creativity flow freely
  • Must love dogs (they roam free here!)
