EXPRESS TECHNICIAN NEEDED

The Express Service Technician performs basic service and light repairs on customer vehicles.

primary goals are safe, efficient performance of all service and repair tasks as defined in dealership processes and policies.

We are seeking a tech that is motivation to complete the web-based training and the in-person trainings through Subaru of America.

Schedule : service department hours- Monday through Friday 7 : 30am to 6pm & Saturday 7 : 30am to 3pm

rotating 4 to 5 days a week.

EXPRESS TECH DUTIES :

• Performs express service and light repairs on customer vehicles
• Conducts multi-point inspections of customer vehicles to identify needed express services and repairs
• Follows all required safety and hazardous materials procedures as required by dealership policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Clearly and accurately documents inspection findings and service requirements, communicates them to the Express Service Representative
• Communicates proactively to ensure a smooth, safe flow of work through the Express Service bays
• Quality-checks own work and the work of other Technicians as requested

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Basic knowledge of automotive technology and related tools / equipment
• Motivation to learn
• Strong customer service focus
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking ability
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Education
• PA inspection and emissions a plus
